value for money, good hotel location, don't book a budget room

Staff helpful, rooms and communal areas super clean, breakfast superb.

Room 5/10 although this was the cheapest room option, tube station not on major tube line

What was the highlight of Hilton London Olympia

Good location for where I wanted to be but in a tired looking hotel.

Convenient for the trade show I was attending. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Dinner was standard without being exceptional.

Room was dated. hotel was a bit dated, I was stuck on the 7th floor in a corner of the hotel because my room wasn't ready when I arrived, the coffee was poor at breakfast, The wifi was non existent.

Pleasant stay

The staff were nice. Location was decent and only 25 minutes walk from Royal Albert Hall and 15 minutes from tube in one direction and 5-10 minutes in other direction. The room was a good size and bed was comfy. The room and bathroom were clean too.

Tiny thing but we had to rotate the TV towards the bed so we could watch the TV. Also the lighting in the room wasn't that bright, with there only being a standing lamp and not ceiling light. But nothing big.

Although our original expectations were not met, we enjoyed our stay none the less.

Having the train station nearby was helpful for us, also only a short walk to two convenience stores. The staff at breakfast each morning were very efficient, especially Samir who was always attentive and had a very professional and pleasant personality.

We had two stays at this hotel during our holiday in UK. The amenities within the room upon our first arrival, did not match the detailed description posted on the booking site at the time we booked. The main omission being a microwave and eating utensils which had originally influenced our decision to book. This was brought to the attention of the hotel management who were apologetic and said none of their rooms had those facilities. They were at a loss as to why such a description was on the site at the time of our bookings.

Good hotel for a night.

I liked the hotel, I only stayed for one night. I do want to mention that the room felt smaller than I thought it would be. The bed is good, which is the room's most important. The shower worked great as well. The whole bathroom is great in my opinion. The staff was helpful as well. So yes, the room was good for one night in my opinion.

If I would stay more than one night, I would prefer a bigger room. For example, opening the refrigerator was hard to do. Since the bed was close to the cabinet. I think that this is resolvable. It's overall okay, but I would like a larger room, if I would stay for a couple of nights. But, that is my personal opinion.

Close to railway underground so easy to get around on the tube.

Good parking underground. Good service at breakfast. Good sized bed.

No signage to reception from the parking. Reported ventilation not working when arrived, no one turned up so reported again and a visit was made. Still not working when arrived back to room and no ventilation through the night and had to report again.
