Although our original expectations were not met, we enjoyed our stay none the less.
Having the train station nearby was helpful for us, also only a short walk to two convenience stores. The staff at breakfast each morning were very efficient, especially Samir who was always attentive and had a very professional and pleasant personality.
We had two stays at this hotel during our holiday in UK. The amenities within the room upon our first arrival, did not match the detailed description posted on the booking site at the time we booked. The main omission being a microwave and eating utensils which had originally influenced our decision to book. This was brought to the attention of the hotel management who were apologetic and said none of their rooms had those facilities. They were at a loss as to why such a description was on the site at the time of our bookings.

What was the highlight of Hilton London Olympia
Close to railway underground so easy to get around on the tube.
Good parking underground. Good service at breakfast. Good sized bed.
No signage to reception from the parking. Reported ventilation not working when arrived, no one turned up so reported again and a visit was made. Still not working when arrived back to room and no ventilation through the night and had to report again.
